The latest round of updates to the Social Places dashboard is here with some exciting new features to streamline your experience - we have four major updates this month which are detailed below:
Social Comments: Dark Ads
Social Places community management portal now aggregates feedback from ads and dark posts so that you can easily reply to all Facebook and Instagram comments from within the Social Comments dashboard.
Social Comments: Comment to Direct Message
You can now direct message a customer who has commented on your post directly from the Social Comments dashboard. Use the Messenger icon under each comment to initiate a conversation which can be continued in the Social Places Chats dashboard.
Social Reports: Stories Stats
Get stats about how your Instagram stories are performing on the New Social Reports dashboard. See the top-performing stories, amount of impressions, tap backs, tap forwards and more.
Reputation & CRM: Email to Review
You can now easily create a new review or case in the CRM dashboard by sending/forwarding an e-mail to a Social Place store or brand-specific e-mail address. These email addresses can also be created for a platform so that the e-mails are added to the correct platform automatically.
