Our Summer tech update is coming in hot! 2022 has been a blast, full of new features and integrations to improve your overall Social Places experience. Let’s take a look at what we’ve accomplished this quarter.
Easily view and respond to your Google Play and Apple App store reviews from the Reputation dashboard. Stats have been added to our Reputation reporting suite and you can also be notified about any new app reviews.
Tweet Tweet, the birds are chirping and now we are too. We’d like to introduce Twitter to our nest of integrations, enriching our already powerful Social and Reputation suites and adding a valuable platform to our ever-expanding integration network. Responses, Direct Messages, and content is now supported from the Social Places dashboard.

Our brand-new briefing workflow tool forms part of the My Hub suite. Briefing is used to consolidate a variety of briefs from Franchisees to Head Office in a simple, secure and efficient workflow. Designed to easily send requests to the relevant head-office stakeholders, through a range of white-labelled forms.
Our most requested feature! - You can now post images in carousel format to Instagram via content workflow. Carousels can have a maximum of 10 images with a locked ratio depending on the initial image size.
